SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer FREE shipping in the US (including Hawaii and Alaska), and FREE returns; regardless of the selected shipping option, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) at info@wheelersv.com

We also offer 2-day shipping on all domestic orders for a flat rate of $20.

The delivery time depends on the shipping service you choose and your distance from where we ship (New York City).  It usually takes about 24 hours from when the order is placed for it to ship. When we experience increased sales volumes, typically around the holiday season, it may take us up to 48 hours before we can dispatch an order.

RETURN POLICY

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we will gladly accept unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in salable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the ship-out date. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations or are no longer sellable for other reasons. Items must be returned with all tags attached, in their original shipping carton or similar protective carton.

RETURN INSTRUCTION
Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy requirements. All returns are free as long as you request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) at info@wheelersv.com within 14 days of the ship-out date and return the item(s) within 10 days of RMA release date.
Exchanges can only be made for the same style item in a different size; base on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must process a return for the original item and purchase the new item separately. 
To make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below: 
•    Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) at info@wheelersv.com
•    We will email you with a return shipping label with RMA number.
•    Return merchandise in its original condition, including all attached tags and packaging.
•    Securely pack and seal the return merchandise, the invoice, and the printed RMA number.
•    Affix our prepaid return label to the shipping box and drop it off at any USPS location.
•    Keep the tracking number from the prepaid return label to track the status of your return package.
•    You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place.
